The role of the Civic Head

Ashington Town Council has published an Annual Report for 2023/24, detailing progress made across its core priorities of keeping the town clean, taking climate action, supporting the community, and improving the environment.
This annual report is a low-resolution in-house publication aimed at providing information to residents in a cost-effective manner, rather than a glossy promotional brochure. In line with public sector equality duty, the Council aims for accessible information. Residents requiring the report in alternate formats should contact the office.
For inquiries, please email admin@ashingtontowncouncil.gov.uk or call (01670) 624521. Public feedback is welcomed as the Council continues working to better the community.
