Ashington Town Council, Finance & General Services Committee Meeting meeting is being held on Tuesday 14th April, starting at 6:00pm. The meeting is held in the Town Hall, Council Chamber, 65 Station Road, Ashington, NE63 8RX.
Ashington Town Council has responsibility for all matters relating to the provision of public seating in the town.
The Town Council's Neighbourhood Services Officer regularly inspects our public seats and carries out repairs and maintenance.
The Town Council has a programme of replacing ageing public seating which is beyond repair as well as providing new seats at new locations.
Requests for new or replacement seats being met in order of priority.
Please note public seating at the Town's strategic parks is provided by Northumberland County Council.
