Whether you’re a regular dog walker, member of a running group, nature enthusiast, or simply someone who values this green space, your input remains crucial to the project’s success.
Ashington Town Council has responsibility for all matters relating to the provision of public seating in the town.
The Town Council's Neighbourhood Services Officer regularly inspects our public seats and carries out repairs and maintenance.
The Town Council has a programme of replacing ageing public seating which is beyond repair as well as providing new seats at new locations.
Requests for new or replacement seats being met in order of priority.
Please note public seating at the Town's strategic parks is provided by Northumberland County Council.
