Please note that we will welcome Sarah Brannigan from Northumberland County Council Neighbourhood Planning Team, who will be making a presentation and answering any questions on Neighbourhood Planning from 5:30pm. You are welcome to arrive early and although not part of the formal meeting, we will observe standing orders, and any questions will be at the discretion of the Chair and time permitting.
