Groundwork Survey Help
Groundworks are putting in a bid for funding to replace the weir gates and the fish pass on the river Wansbeck. As part of the bid, they would like feedback from anyone with any interest in the river, the more responses they receive to support the bid the better. We have been asked to help share this.
Revitalising Our Estuaries aims to improve river habitats and create space for nature whilst preserving and celebrating local history. We aim to celebrate industrial/maritime heritage as well as cultural and
social heritage in the Northeast. We want to re-connect people with their local river and share the beauty of the river estuary as it is now.
