Ashington Community Fair Day to Join the National Sing-a-Long
Well Fair Day is almost here, Sunday 2nd July, 11am to 5pm at Peoples Park.
We are going to take the opportunity on the day to join in the National Sing-a-Long for Thank You Day 2023.
Koast Radio will be broadcasting live, 'Thank You For Being My Friend' at 2pm and it is hoped that you will all come along and join in the sing-a-long.
Look out for Amanda, Asda’s, Ashington Community Colleague, who will be giving out lyric sheets and thank you card for children to colour in, throughout the morning. You can download the lyrics here.
The whole song, along with other video footage from throughout the day will be recorded by our camera man Jimmy from LukLukProductions.. The completed video will be available to watch on our You Tube Channel soon.
Our music schedule has been adjusted to incorporate the sing-a-long.
