Congratulations to Hirst Park Community Allotment and Garden for receiving a Level 5 OUTSTANDING, in the "It’s Your Neighbourhood" AWARD.

Full Circle Food Project were established as a delivery partner in the Hirst Park Regeneration Programme in Ashington. This extensive partnership project with partner Northumberland County Council. was awarded £2.2M from the Heritage Lottery for the capital works transformation of this park facility in Hirst community.
Full Circle Food Project were offered a sizeable piece of land to develop into a community growing space.
The poject developed into a fully accessible food growing area, with educational cooking facility, indoor and outdoor social spaces.
