I attended the Citizens Advice Northumberland, Annual General Meeting last Friday, December 8th at Newbiggin’s Community Hub.

The Community Health Champions have continued to grow and make an impact since  April 2023. So far, 26 local volunteers have become Champions after completing training to help share health and wellbeing information with others.

I have recently completed the Community Health Champion training course, which is part of the Public Health Team’s provision of specialist health improvement support and training to local organisations and individuals

A huge thank you to all the groups that attended the Community Groups Recruitment and Engagement Event last Thursday, 28th September.

I am just over halfway through Second Hand September and just received my free post cards from Oxfam

It was a hot! hot! day for the Pride Picnic on Saturday 9th September.

We now have the wonderful Control & Move Fitness CIC coming along on Saturday.

The event was a huge success with approximately 400 people attending the fun packed day.  The weather was not too bad with only a few showers throughout the day.
